What is ZumbaŽ?
A ZumbaŽ workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. A ZumbaŽ class is typically not formulaic in that instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.

Classes Offered
Traditional ZumbaŽ class which is 1 hour long. It is cardio interval training, with ab and leg toning exercises
Zumba Express - A 30 minute intese cardio workout, these classes are only $3.
Our Instructors
We have two certified ZumbaŽ instructors at Dancin J's. Our instructors are Miss Jen & Melissa, they are both ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) members, so you can find their profiles / schedules on zumba.com .
